1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using YAMO ("the Service"), operated by Pitch Partnerships Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YAMO is a platform that enables users to find, build, and publish automated operational workflows ("Playbooks"). Playbooks are designed by experts and delivered by AI agents on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using YAMO, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Access

The Service is open to all eligible users upon registration. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our consent

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, brand, and documentation, is owned by Pitch Partnerships Ltd. You retain ownership of any data or content you provide to the Service. Playbooks created by operators remain their intellectual property.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
