An SEO agency's audit pack

A pattern, not an account: the shape an audit takes once the method behind it has been written down and published as something a client can run.

This is a pattern, not a customer story. Nobody is named on this page and no result is claimed, because there is no permissioned account to write about yet. What follows is the shape the work takes on YAMO for an SEO agency.

The work being packaged

The audit you already deliver. It has a method behind it — an order things are done in, sources that get read, a format the result arrives in — and today that method lives in the heads of the people who learned it.

What the contract looks like

  • Trigger. On demand, when the work is asked for.
  • Intake. A url or a domain.
  • Artifact. The audit itself, prioritised.
  • Delivery. Back in the account that started the run, priced per run.

What changes

The method stops being something only certain people can follow, and starts being something that runs the same way each time — including when the person who wrote it is doing something else.

What goes here next

A real, permissioned account: who, what they packaged, and what actually happened, with their agreement to say so.
