Playbooks for recruitment research

A market map is a method applied to a new brief. Capture the method and each search starts from your structure rather than from an empty document.

Where the time goes

Every search rebuilds the same map.

  • The structure of a good brief is known and never written down.
  • Research time is spent on assembly rather than on judgement.
  • Two researchers produce two shapes of the same document.
What you give, what you get

The contract, in four lines

Every Service on YAMO publishes the same four things. Nothing here is a promise about the future: it is what a run does.

Trigger
On demand, per search
Intake
The role, the market and the criteria the search is run against
Artifact
A market map or candidate brief in your own structure
Delivery

Common questions

Does this handle candidate data?

Only what you give it. A run reads the reference files and Connectors you authorise, and nothing else — so what a search can see is a decision you make first.

Can the structure differ per client?

Yes. One Playbook, one Instance per customer, so the shape stays yours while the configuration that fills it belongs to whoever is running it.
